The eTrophy of Belgrade was held in the organization of the Link eSports Association

The first student esports association in Serbia organized “Olympic Day” in the Belgrade Palace.

This was a unique opportunity to gather in one place all the eSports fans who are putting in a lot of effort to give young people in Serbia a chance to spend their time in a quality and fun way and for gaming to become a social activity that brings numerous benefits.

Students of the LINK Educational Alliance impressed
everyone present with their incredible sportsmanship

Students of LINK Educational Alliance from Savremena Gimnazija, Information Technology High School – ITHS, International School, Information Technology School –ITS and the Faculty of Contemporary Arts met top esports players such as Miloš Krunić, FIFA representative, Nikola Petrović (Net escape gaming center) and Nikola Aćimović (SIM Racing league).

The students could not hide their excitement after meeting the successful esports players. You could see their determination and desire to become successful in eSports during their exchange of views, opinions, smiles and looks.
The will and desire to succeed are what the students of the LINK edu Alliance don’t lack. That is why we are not surprised by the seriousness, enthusiasm and responsibility they show because the LINK eSports Association is based on Olympic values – excellence, respect and camaraderie.
Great attention is also paid to forming esports teams. On that occasion, the students applied for the desired categories with the discipline manager.

LINK eSports Association goals presented

Before the event, the goals of the LINK eSports Association were presented, and Dalibor Marinović, the president of the Serbian e-Sports Association, told us a little more about the origin and goals of the LINK eSports Association:

“The LINK eSports Association was founded in May with the aim of becoming one of the best esports teams in the region and thus strongly contributing to the development of esports in Serbia and the Balkans. For LINK eSports, competitive gaming is a responsible and valued discipline, which is why we must be an example to students and set high standards of fair play and professionalism. LINK Educational Alliance has rich experience in modern education, thanks to which we will achieve the goals we have set.”
